Neuroinflammation monoclonal antibodies
Atlas Antibodies offers a wide range of neuroinflammation markers. Their antibodies are affinity-purified, reproducible, and selective for their target proteins through an enhanced validation process.
Research tools for cytoskeleton regulation research by ABclonal
The cytoskeleton is a structure that remains the shape and internal organization of cells, it is composed of three main components, microtubules, intermediate filaments, and microfilaments (actin). It is involved in many cell-signaling pathways, and associates with a variety of proteins such as G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs), integrins, receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs), and numerous other specialized receptors like the semaphorin 1a receptor Plexin A. The association between the cytoskeleton and these proteins can lead to diverse effects on cell activities, including shape deforming, migration, division, and survival. Aberrant signal transduction through the cytoskeleton can influence the cellular responses to the extracellular stimuli and often happens in immune pathologies, developmental defects, and cancers. One of the examples is in metastatic disease, the migration of cancer cells requires dramatic remodeling of the cytoskeleton.
