Magnetic Beads Technology with Efficient Nucleic Acid Capture

The viRNAtrap DNAPlus™ Extraction Kit utilizes selective binding properties of silica-coated magnetic beads to capture nucleic acids from 100-200 µL of sample. The process includes two wash steps that provide pure total RNA/DNA, which is then eluted in up to 50 µL of elution buffer. This method ensures that the resulting high-quality purified nucleic acids are free of proteins, nucleases, and other contaminants or inhibitors and even small amounts of nucleic acids are effectively isolated. The purified nucleic acids can be immediately used in a wide range of downstream applications, such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, and other molecular biology techniques. This makes the kit an invaluable tool for diagnostic and research purposes.

Sample Versatility with Unified Extraction Protocol

One of the important features of the viRNAtrap DNAPlus™ Extraction Kit is its unified extraction protocol across all source materials, including serum, plasma, whole blood, urine, saliva, nasopharyngeal or genital swabs, and dry blood spots.
