• Do you offer technical support?

  Yes, we offer excellent technical support. If you looking for specific products, alternatives, or need assistance with solving product related issues please do not hesitate to contact our technical support specialists.

  You may also request SDS files, Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), and other documentation. For expedited access to the documents, we recommend checking the supplier’s website first.

• Is Bio-Connect ISO certified?

  Yes, Bio-Connect is ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified.

• How does Bio-Connect Services work?

  Bio-Connect Services helps you to obtain all your foreign (bio-)chemicals and other laboratory products when there is no official representation. Our goal is to relieve you from the burden and make the ordering process easier and faster for you. Watch our video or read how it works here.

• How do I get in touch with one of the account managers at Bio-Connect?

  We have a team of account managers for both Life Science and Diagnostics, each covering a different region. Please call or email our headquarters. They will direct you to your dedicated account manager. View our contact details here.
