Products

  • Complaints are handled seriously and with care by our (technical) support team. If the product you have ordered from Bio-Connect does not meet your expectations, please contact our technical support team as soon as possible to report the problem.

    Please provide the following information: Order number (beginning with SO or SR), product catalog number, lot or batch number, a detailed description of the problem. If possible, include any relevant evidence such as photographs, test results, other documentation, and logs. This will help illustrate the problem.

  • Check the datasheet that is provided alongside with the product or download it from the website of the supplier. In case you cannot retrieve it, please request the datasheet here or contact our Technical Support. They will help you with all the product information you need, including information on which applications the products have been tested in.

  • See packaging for storage instructions or contact our Technical Support.
