Blood and Serum DNA Isolation Kit (Blood and Serum)
BioChain’s Blood and Serum DNA Isolation Kit offers a fast, efficient, and convenient alternative to traditional phenol or protease treatment. In less than 15 minutes, pure DNA (>20kb) can be obtained from blood, or DNA fragment (circulating DNA) from serum, ready for analysis by PCR, sequencing, or microarrays.
DNA Extraction Kit (Tissue and Cells)
Biochain’s DNA Extraction Kit is a convenient tool for isolating high quality genomic DNA. The isolated DNA can be used for PCR amplification template, Southern Blot analysis, SNP analysis, DNA methylation research, etc.. The kit contains enough reagents for isolating genomic DNA from 5 gram tissue and cells.
FFPE Tissue DNA Extraction Kit (FFPE Tissue)
Formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens represent an excellent source for retrospective studies of many archived and morphologically defined pathologies. FFPE tissue samples provide an invaluable resource for subsequent molecular studies of clinical phenotypes. Unfortunately, nucleic acids extracted from FFPE specimens have often been challenging, as nucleic acids become cross-linked and degraded during the archiving process. Extracted nucleic acids are usually highly fragmented and chemically modified thus inadequate for downstream applications. BioChain’s FFPE Tissue DNA Extraction Kits allow for facile and efficient nucleic acid extraction from FFPE tissues. These kits contain all of the necessary reagents for DNA extraction including FFPE tissue lysis buffer, proteinase K, and actin primers as positive control for qPCR reactions.

Saliva DNA Isolation Kit (Saliva)
BioChain’s Saliva DNA Isolation Kit is designed for the purification of genomic DNA and circulating DNA from freshly collected saliva samples. Purification is performed with the use of Spin columns which bind the DNA. No phenol-chloroform and precipitation steps are involved in this procedure. Isolation of the DNA is performed by lysing the cells in a solution containing chaotropic salts and detergent. The DNA product can be used directly for quantitative PCR and other downstream applications.
Serum DNA Isolation Kit (Serum and Plasma)
BioChain’s Serum DNA Isolation kit offers a fast, efficient, and convenient alternative to traditional phenol or protease treatment. Our protocol guarantees isolate DNA from 200 µl serum or plasma samples. In less than 15 minutes, users can obtain pure DNA ready for analysis by PCR, sequencing, or microarrays.
Stool DNA Isolation Kit (Stool)
BioChain’s Stool DNA Isolation Kit is designed for the purification of genomic DNA fragment from stool samples in a spin column format. No phenol-chloroform, protease or precipitation steps are involved in isolating DNA. The DNA product can be used directly for quantitative PCR and other downstream applications.
Urine DNA Isolation Kit (Urine)
BioChain’s Urine DNA Isolation Kit is designed for the purification of genomic DNA and circulating DNA from urine samples. Purification is performed with the use of Spin columns which bind the DNA. No phenol-chloroform, protease, or precipitation steps are involved in this procedure. Isolation of the DNA is performed by lysing the cells in a solution containing chaotropic salts and detergent. The DNA product can be used directly for quantitative PCR and other downstream applications.
